Group Rates: Group enrollments starting at $250 per provider.
Convenient Billing: Enroll and pay online using the discount code 250grouprate or email us a list of your providers (include first and last name and a unique email address for each provider) and we will enroll them the same day and email your organization an invoice at the discounted rate.
Transferable: Hold as a credit or transfer the enrollment to a new provider when needed, pending the existing provider has not finished the course and had access to their personalized and dated Certificate of Completion.
Reporting: Find out where your providers are in the training program by requesting a provider training status report at any time.
Provider Support: We offer telephone provider consulting with our medical advisory team for questions regarding certification issues or any other issues related to driver certification.

This DOT certification training program for Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Chiropractic, Advanced Practice Nurse, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Naturopathic Doctor, Doctor of Nursing Practice, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant exceeds the core curriculum requirements established by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Acupuncturist in Florida; Doctor of Physical Therapy in Arkansas, Louisiana and North Dakota; Doctor of Oriental Medicine in New Mexico; Physical Therapist in Arkansas, Louisiana, North Dakota and Texas; and Registered Nurse in Colorado are all eligible to become certified Medical Examiners.
