Choosing the Right NRCME Training Program

When it comes to becoming a certified Medical Examiner with the DOT, selecting the right NRCME training program is crucial. While there are other training companies out there, not all programs are created equal. At the NRCME Training Institute, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality NRCME training, and we believe our program stands out from the rest. Here’s why:

1. Experience You Can Trust
We’ve been in business since 2013, and our sole focus has always been on training for the NRCME exam. With over a decade of experience and a deep understanding of the exam’s requirements, we’ve honed our program to perfection. We’re proud to have trained over 20,000 providers nationwide, helping them achieve their certification goals.

2. Accredited Continuing Education Credits
Our program offers more than just exam preparation. You’ll earn 14 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or 14 ANCC contact hours upon completion. These credits not only enhance your professional credentials but also ensure you’re getting a comprehensive education that meets the highest standards in medical training.

3. Flexible Learning at Your Own Pace
We understand that life is busy, so our program is designed to fit your schedule. You’ll have 2 years of classroom access to complete our 10–12-hour self-paced program. Whether you prefer to watch videos, read materials, or listen to audio lessons, you can engage with our content in any order that suits you. Plus, all training materials can be downloaded as updated PDF documents, making it easy to search, print, and reference whenever needed.

4. Unparalleled Support and Resources
We’re committed to your success, and that means providing support every step of the way. If you have questions during or after your training, we’ll connect you with a certified medical examiner MD on staff who’s happy to help. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and prepared as you work toward certification.

5. Risk-Free Evaluation Period
We’re so confident in our program that we offer a 30-day evaluation period. If you decide the program isn’t right for you within 30-days and haven’t passed our Final Test to acquire your training certificate, you can cancel your account and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

6. Proven Success and Exam Guarantee
With a 99% pass rate, our program has a track record of success that speaks for itself. We’re so sure you’ll pass the national exam that we offer a guarantee: if you don’t pass, we’ll pay your $80 exam fee. We’re committed to your success, and we stand by our program.

7. Real People, Real Support
At the NRCME Training Institute, we believe in the power of human connection. That’s why we’re the only training company that answers the phone with a real person, 9 am to 9 pm EST, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Whether you have a quick question or need in-depth support, we’re here to help.
